About Gun Lake and Gun Lake Business Association

The Gun Lake Business Association is a 501 (c) 6 non-profit organization dedicated to the expansion and promotion of businesses in the Gun Lake Area. The recreational Area is home to several lakes, Yankee Springs State Park and Recreational Area, beautiful lodging and some of the best nature Michigan has to offer. The area is anchored by many year-round residents with the population increasing during the summer.

Residents and visitors alike need groceries, services, and amenities. A strong business community allow consumers to spend their dollars locally. Studies show that communities with higher percentages of locally owned businesses are healthier by nearly every social, environmental, and economic indicator.
